You’ll learn how to ground, protect and clear energies – so important in today’s world. The highlight of the day is receiving your beautiful healing attunement in which your chakras are reawakened to channel Reiki. These will stay with you for life, allowing you to access Reiki forever.
Progression:
From this course you can progress to Level 2 to become a Reiki practitioner. Reiki shares run by Janie at the Isbourne are available for further practice, discussion and experience to give you the confidence to work with the public.
What to bring?
You can bring food and drink with you or go to the local shops at lunchtime.
Please bring your own water bottle.
Wear easy layers, comfortable clothing, warm socks as you will probably take your shoes off, a blanket or shawl if you like.
Bring a notepad and pen just in case but you will not need to take copious notes.
If you have a favourite crystal do feel free to bring it with you to be attuned alongside you.

I have just completed my Reiki 1 with Janie and had expected to enjoy it, however the day exceeded all my expectations.
